Consecration

Then the Lord said to Moses, Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes.

And you shall be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine.

Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: When either a man or woman consecrates an offering to take the vow of a Nazirite, to separate himself to the Lord.

And Joshua said to the people, Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.

But know that the Lord has set apart for Himself him who is godly; the Lord will hear when I call to Him.

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us? Then I said, Here am I! Send me.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Therefore Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.

Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality.

Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.

By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct.

because it is written, Be holy, for I am holy.

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
