Lack

Suppose there were five less than the fifty righteous; would You destroy all of the city for lack of five?” So He said, “If I find there forty-five, I will not destroy it.”

So when they measured it by omers, he who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack. Every man had gathered according to each one’s need.

And every offering of your grain offering you shall season with salt; you shall not allow the salt of the covenant of your God to be lacking from your grain offering. With all your offerings you shall offer salt.

A man to whom God has given riches and wealth and honor, so that he lacks nothing for his soul of all that he desires; yet God does not give him power to eat of it, but a foreigner consumes it. This is vanity, and it is an evil disease.

Even when a fool walks along the way, He lacks wisdom, And he shows everyone that he is a fool.
